Finally trying an Inchie

You're probably going to think this is funny, but I find Inchies to be very challenging. There are so many beautiful images available for these sweet little creations, and I just adore them, but I haven't really sat down and created with them until recently.

One thing that I enjoy about the Spellbinders Tag 5 die is that I usually have extra dies after I cut it. For example, I needed the long tag the other day, but cut all five just to have the extras. It was then that I realized how cute an Inchie would be on one of them.

For this, I used the Itty Bitty Lavender and Itty Bitty Checkered Frame from Lockhart Stamp Company. Since these are so tiny, detailed coloring isn't necessary (or even possible for that matter!). I did add some detail to this, though, with foam tape. I created multiple layers by popping up the lavender and popping up the ribbon (on top of that, so I actually have three layers).

I will probably add this to a card in the near future, but for now, it is really just sitting on my desk making me smile. I hope it did the same for you.

Be well.
