Sending a Happy Hello!

I picked up this sweet stamp from the My Favorite Things booth at the Great American Scrapbook Convention when it was in VA two weeks ago. It was my first time meeting Kim in person, and she was just the sweetest! I had the honor of being a teaching assistant for her class, and I made this card as a little thank you for her. It was a lot of fun to color this image! I used my Prismacolor pencils with a little baby oil to blend. I added a little Pink Shimmerz to it for a little added detail. Here's how it looks:

Isn't it darling?! :) I have to admit, the idea of a mouse in my teacup is a little unsettling, but this one has stolen my heart.

Be well,
