Hydrangea Frame

Hi All - I hope that you had a great weekend! Things were busy and fun here this weekend - houseguests, get-togethers, the start of baseball...lots of rain, but it didn't dampen our spirits!

I wanted to share this lil' Lockhart project with you today. Risking redundancy, I just love this Hydrangea image. On this project, I used a selection of Prismacolor pencils to color the image and then framed it with matboard using the Sizzix ScoreBoards Easel Frame. By adding a little patterned paper (My Mind's Eye), I created the exact feel that I wanted. I embellished it with a button, some twill and a sentiment, giving me a quick and easy, special thank-you. What a great way to remind someone how special they are to you!

I hope your week is off to a great start! Be well.
