Lockhart Gift Enclosure

Hi friends! Did everyone have a wonderful Easter? We had a great weekend, full of fun and sunshine. Wally and the Beav were on spring break last week, and it was a blast! I'm even a little sad to see them go back to school this week.

I needed a little gift enclosure this weekend, so I drew some inspiration from all the beauty of spring. Using my Lockhart Tulip stamp, I created this yellow and green 3 x 3 card. The white paper that I used had a significant tooth to it, so I didn't get the same smooth results with my colored pencils as I usually do. That's ok, though! I offset it a little by paper piecing a vase in. The Tulips have a little Smooch on top, too, for a nice shimmery effect. All of Karen Lockhart's stamps are so beautifully illustrated, and the rubber is deeply etched that you always get a gorgeous image.

Gift enclosures are so quick and easy to make - give one a try today! Be well,
