Papertrey Tuesday

I hope that you had a wonderful weekend! We sure did at the Ellefson household! It's been crazy hot here (as for much of the East Coast!) To try and escape the heat, I thought I would show this is a new-to-me color combination of Spring Rain and Melon Berry - and I love the light, airy feel to it.

Take a look at the flowers on the Spring Rain cardstock - I achieved that with the In Bloom Impression Plate. Oh, goodness - is this ever a COOL impression plate. I fell in love with it the second I tried it! Just look at that unbelievable detail! And when paired with the In Bloom stamp set, you get a veritable garden on paper. The sentiment (from Year Of Flowers: Lily of the Valley) and the stitching add just right amount of understated elegance, I think.

Stay cool today - it's going to be a scorcher here in DC (100+ degrees - not sure if I'm ready for that!). Be well!
